The deadline for obtaining a YES-Athletics Club Membership in order to compete in

our 2011 Cross Country Coaches National Youth Championships is

November 14th (Monday) 10:00pm (CST).

Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation

email from PayPal. After you have received your confirmation email

from PayPal, please forward it to the following email address immediately:

In your confirmation email (that you forward to YES-Athletics™)

also include the maximum number of athletes that

you expect to have in your club this year.

Once YES-Athletics™ receives your confirmation email, your club will

receive (within 2 business days) it's Club ID Number, as well as

your club's Block of Individual YES-Athletics ID Numbers.

Simply assign one of the Individual ID Numbers

(from your club's Block of Numbers)

to each member in your club.

To join YES-Athletics, each member in your club must pay

the individual membership fee, as well as provide your club with a

copy of the Individual YES-Athletics™ Membership and Waiver that is

completely filled out and signed by the Member's parent/legal guardian.

Clubs must maintain a copy of the Individual YES-Athletics™ Membership

and Waiver for each member of their club who has joined YES-Athletics™.
